About Matthew Cordisco

Hello :) I'm Matt. I'm a Husband, Father, and a Realtor specializing in sales and vacations in the Poconos. Born in Lower Bucks County, I started coming to the Poconos as a teenager with my family to our vacation home before we eventually moved to Arrowhead Lakes. In 2009 my wife and I moved to Thornhurst where we still reside and raise our 3 kids.

I first was introduced to the Real Estate business as a vacation rental house cleaner when my Dad, Rick Cordisco, started his company Pocono Mountain Lakes Realty. After learning the ropes of the vacation rental game, I went to school and got my real estate license in 2010 and began as a part-time agent until, in January of 2015, I embraced real estate as my full-time career. Since then I have been helping people reach their real estate goals in the Poconos - whether that involves purchasing property, selling property, or facilitating short-term vacation rentals to share the magic of our area with visitors who are looking for some of that Pocono Peace of Mind. As a second-generation Realtor who has been in the business for over a decade, I leverage my experience, knowledge, and expertise to get the best possible terms for my clients through creative problem solving and a solid foundational understanding of the transaction process. I am a firm believer in the idea that you can learn from every situation and that the top performers in any craft are those that continue to finely chisel their performance to accommodate new growth in the never-ending and constantly evolving idea of perfection.

When I'm not working, generally speaking, I have a varied range of interests outside of the real estate world. I write and produce short films and music. I play bass guitar. I'm an award-winning aerial photographer with my Facebook page The Pocono Drone. I also livestream video games and general entertainment as a Twitch Affiliate on the livestream platform Twitch. Some of my favorite things to do in my spare time involve gaming with my wife, kids, and my friends, be it video games, board games, or card games - I am always down for some laughs.
